The month from March to May falls under the spring season in the Manaslu region. Manaslu Weather and Temperature in  March

March marks the beginning of the Spring season in Nepal. March follows the winter season for exactly one month. You will experience cold weather conditions in March and the temperature ranges from -6 °C to 10°C during your Manaslu Circuit trek. It will be neither too cold nor too hot down on the trek expedition. The spring season embarks on the opening of all the tea houses and lodges in the Manaslu region. You will be hiking along the beautiful Rhododendron forest for most of the part of your Manaslu Circuit trek as the flora and vegetation bloom during the early season of Spring.

The temperature ranges from 4°C to 15°C so trekking in the Manaslu region is favorable during this time around and the temperature also rises gradually in the month of April. Vibrant color and lively vegetation can be experienced during the trek. April is considered the best month for the Manaslu circuit trek among the other months of the Spring season. The temperature slightly rises to about 25°C in the tropical zone. Whereas, the temperature declines to 10°C at an altitude of over 4000 meters. The humidity keeps on increasing during the month of June due to the rainfall. As you ascend to a higher elevation on the Manaslu circuit trek, you will experience less rainfall.

Manaslu Weather and Temperature in July

There is a high chance of heavy rainfall almost on a basis during this time of the year. The amount of rain is comparatively less so the land dries out after the sun comes out. The trails are blooming with colorful flowers and lush green vegetation and it offers views of the beautiful mountains along with colorful rainbows in the month of July. Furthermore, the weather conditions are unpredictable at a higher elevations. You will experience temperatures ranging from 8°C to 22°C on Manaslu circuit trek in July., You will enjoy the fresh air and blooming flowers on the trail, despite the monsoon rain.

Manaslu Weather and Temperature in August

August denotes the end of the Summer season in Nepal. The streams are roaring and the rivers are strangulating during the August Manaslu circuit trek. It rewards you with the aesthetic views of lush green vegetation that surrounds you during the rainfall along the trail. You can experience the adventure in every aspect of it even though it is the challenging time of the year.

Manaslu Circuit in Autumn

Autumn is the best season for a trekking expedition in the Manaslu region. The atmosphere is free of any pollution after the monsoon season's significant rainfall. The temperature is stable as it ranges from 8°C to 20°C for most of the part of the trek. 

Neither a hot nor a cold wave will accompany the Manaslu Circuit expedition. The scenery of natural beauty during the months of November is no less compared to October and November. In the month of November, the autumnal season comes to an end with dry and cool weather.

Manaslu Weather and Temperature in September

September marks the start of the beautiful Autumn Season and slight monsoon rainfall in the middle of September can be experienced. The weather condition is stable and crisp offering the most splendid mountain views and the surrounding remains lush and green full of life throughout the trek. The trail of the Manaslu Circuit trek is mostly busy this time around as a lot of trekkers plan their trek at the beginning of the Autumn season. At an altitude of 3860 meters, the temperature stays constant at 7°C but falls to roughly 21°C in places like Bagat, which is 1,290 meters above sea level.

Manaslu Weather and Temperature in October

You will enjoy the magnificent views of the mountains on most of the part of trek and the weather patterns are comfortable for a decent hike in the month of October. It offers a breathtaking view of the snowy mountains at a higher elevation. The temperature falls below -2°C at places above 4,00 meters AS the winter is close. Places at lower elevation experience temperatures rising to an average of 20°C. 

Manaslu Weather and Temperature in November

The comparatively coldest month in the Autumn season is November. It offers splendid views of the surrounding mountains of the Manaslu region. The temperature starts to decrease to 12°C at places like Arughat 3,087m, the starting point of the trek. The minimum temperature is as low as -3°C at places like Samagaon 3,530m and Samdo 3,690m.

Manaslu Circuit in Winter

The trek is adventurous and you can tackle the difficulties during the winter in the cold and dry weather conditions of the winter season, with the right set of gears and equipment. One can enjoy the magnificent snowy peaks and divine views of the surrounding landscapes, despite the freezing temperature. The season of winter lasts from December through January and February. Hiking under a clear blue sky for most of the days during this month sounds wonderful. The tea houses remain closed during the winter season. The temperature remains warm at 15°C at the lower elevation of the Manaslu Circuit trek.

For travelers who don’t mind the cold to some extent, December offers pleasant weather conditions. The weather patterns are quite similar to November's until it starts to get colder. The temperature ranges from around 4°C to 12°C during the months of December. Despite the cold, it offers magnificent views of the snow-capped mountains further on your trek and you don't have to worry about a busy tea house either.

January is a colder month in comparison to the other two months of the Winter season. Only a  few trekkers plan their Manaslu Circuit trek around this time of the year.  You will have a great opportunity to experience the serenity of the Manaslu region along the trek. Besides, the temperature might be a problem as it usually ranges from -5°C to -10°C at a higher altitude region of the trek.

Manaslu Weather and Temperature in February

There are no vast differences between the months of February and January regarding the manaslu weather conditions. A noticeable increase in temperature in the lower regions can be experienced. The average temperature ranges from a minimum of 8°C to a maximum of 15°C this time of the year. A lot of flowers blooming and trees awakening from their winter slumber can be witnessed. In addition, the frozen lakes and streams start melting. In addition, the month of February resembles the farewell of the winter season.
