Our primary concern is your safety and satisfaction. We fulfill our responsibilities honestly and genuinely to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday season. However, unless your journey is subject to unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, floods, snow, political upheaval, flight cancellations, delays, sickness, or accidents, your vacation may be altered. Any additional costs incurred are your responsibility and must be paid on the spot.

08. Impact on your journey

We make every effort to make your travels comfortable, however, it is important to realize that while you may be accustomed to certain facilities in wealthy western nations, these facilities may not be available in Himalayan nations. Another element that could directly affect your trip is the weather. In order to start on a journey, one needs to have patience in mind, enthusiasm, and proper preparation.

09. Travel Insurance

You should get a complete travel insurance package that protects you from things like medical expenses, natural disasters, helicopter evacuation, accidents, and trip cancellation, etc.  We strongly recommend all of our valued clients to do this.

10. Tour/Trekking Amendment

Any tour or trekking itinerary changes must be notified in advance. It is encouraged that you do so to stay in touch with us. However, there are times when, for example, in poor weather, you could be grateful to do so when traveling.

11. Your personal belongings
Our team crews will try their best to keep your stuff secure while you are on a trip or hiking. However, our firm will not be liable for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal goods that are carried by porters, horses, or moving vehicles. You are suggested to get through insurance to cover such a risk.

12. Papers & Documents

For the purposes of issuing visas, required permissions, etc., all required documents must be provided in the proper order. If any trip formality is not completed before the trip departs due to the lack of necessary papers and documents, we are not responsible.

13. Flight Delay / Cancellation

For terrible weather in Himalayan regions, such as the Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpo, Simikot, and Jumla region, there is a possibility of flight delays or postponements.

Trekking in remote areas or as stated above, especially during the off-season, requires extra days to plan for possible delays and prevent unsatisfactory outcomes. In the event of a pre-tour or post-tour flight cancellation, you will be responsible for your own lodging and food expenses.
