Overview

Chisapani hiking includes (Chisapani, Nagarkot, and Dhulikhel) on the Northern side of Kathmandu city. Shivapuri forest and uphills bring an absorbing feeling among hikers, making their connection deeper with the terrestrial world. Views of snow-capped mountains, rural communities and pastoral landscapes will add sweetness to your emotions. 

The trip has been arranged to provide solace to the visitors with their Association with nature. It takes you far away from the assiduous day-to-day life and connects you deeper with nature. Your initial destination will be Chisapani, hiking up through the Shivapuri watershed that surrounds Kathmandu from the north, and leads you to the destination. Nagarkot with its altitude of 2175 m will provide you with alluring views of the sunrise, and the mountain range from Dhaulagiri to Everest in its peaceful and comforting environment. Further, the Dhulikhel expedition will add extra taste with romance and spiritual experience from nature shrines and temples.

Itinerary

Day 01: Drive to Sundarijal 1hr and Hiking to Chisapani (2300m) 4-5 hrs.

Drive Kathmandu to Sundarijal will take approximately 1 hour then we will be starting our Hiking to Chisapani and 4 to 5 hours Hiking Sunjdarijal to Chisapani. The trail enters Shivapuri National Park, after awhile, we will encounter with a village of traditional Tamang people comes named Mulkharka. After then we will descend down to reach Chisapani. (Overnight at tea house on full board basis)

Day 02: Hikie Chisapani to Nagarkot (2100m) 5-6 hrs.

In the morning you will see heart breaking snow capped mountain views to the North. You will have your breakfast then start Hiking to Chauki Bhanjag, will take approx 2 and half an hour's than we will have lunch here. After lunch, we will descend down to Nagarkot approx 3 hrs. On a clear day from Nagarkot one can see the white Himalayan range, stretching from Dhaulagiri in the west all the way past Everest to Kanchenjunga in the east. (Overnight at tourist standard hotel on full board basis)

Day 03: Hike Nagarkot to Dhulikhel (1440m) 5-6 hrs.

Weak up early in the morning, to see magnificent view of sunrise and eastern Himalayas views include Mt. Everest and many others mountains secondary. Then after breakfast we star to Hiking to Dhulikhel. The lead to passing many pine forest and rice terraces through the Nala village with many county side activities. The Dhulikhel is a renowned for splendor Himalaya view and its harbor many species of exotic birds. In addition the most attraction of Dhulikhel is Newari culture and tradition. From here, you can get a beautiful vista of the town and surrounding areas. (Overnight at tourist standard hotel on full board basis)

Day 04: Hike to Panauti via Namobuddha, 4-5 hrs than drive to Kathmandu 90 min.

Today after having breakfast we start our journey toward to Namobuddha (1982m), where popular monastery is situated, religious people often visit here for meditation and prying. Panauti is renewed for Newari culture and tradition Indreshawar Mahadev temple and the beautiful landscape and it harbor many species of exotic birds that can be seen all around. The Stupa and shrines built in this lovely little hill mark a very ancient holy site where a legendary prince named Mahasattva offered him to a starving Tigress with several underfed cubs after you return back to Kathmandu by private vehicle! Remember, we will be hosting a fantastic celebration "Farewell dinner" at traditional Nepalese restaurant with Mountain Guide Trek staffs for successful completion of the Chisapani Nagarkot Dhulikhel Hiking! (Overnight at deluxe hotel on BB basis)
