Chisapani Nagarkot Dhulikhel Trekking is a quick and simple, yet very lovely hike. The Chisapani Nagarkot hike can enhance the fascinating sensation of being close to nature. In addition, cooperative rural Nepalese people, and heartbreaking views of the White Mountains, including Mt. Everest and the Langtang range, from both Chisapani and Nagarkot make the hike memorable. Sundarijal, the beginning site of this trek, is only one and half hour drive away from Kathmandu. This 4-day hike circles the Kathmandu Valley through Shivapuri National Park's lush terrain and its deep oak and pine forests. Trekking routes include stops in Chispani, Nagarkot, Dhulikhel, Namobuddha and Panauti. Namobuddha is a serene and enchanting pilgrimage Buddhist site. 

Chisapani Nagarkot Dhulikhel trek  is made to provide you a special chance to discover the  beauties of nature, rural Nepal, and the breathtaking majestic beauty of the dramatic mountain range. Your first stop should be Chisapani, where you may feel the true benefits of nature while escaping the hustle and bustle of the city, and where interacting with the locals will add to the unique experience. The most beautiful and mesmerizing vista is the early morning view at Nagarkot. Your next stop is Dhulikhel. It can be incredibly thrilling and enlightening to walk along Dhulikhel's undiscovered routes. The stupa and shrines at Namobuddha as well as the temples at Dhulikhel are worth visiting as they will convey a holy feeling.

Itinerary

Day 01: Drive to Sundarijal 1hr and trek to Chisapani (2300m) 4-5 hrs

Drive Kathmandu to Sundarijal will take approximately 1 hour then we will be starting our trek to Chisapani and 4 to 5 hours trek from Sunjdarijal to Chisapani. The trail enters Shivapuri National Park, after a while, we will encounter a village of traditional Tamang people comes named Mulkharka. After then we will descend down to reach Chisapani. (Overnight at tea house on full board basis)

Day 02: Trek Chisapani to Nagarkot (2100m) 5-6 hrs

In the morning you will see heart-breaking snow-capped mountain views to the North.   You will have your breakfast then start trek to Chauki Bhanjag, will take approx 2 and half an hour's then we will have lunch here. After lunch, we will descend down to Nagarkot approx 3 hrs. On a clear day from Nagarkot, one can see the white Himalayan range, stretching from Dhaulagiri in the west all the way past Everest to Kanchenjunga in the east. (Overnight at tourist standard hotel on a full board basis)

Day 03: Trek Nagarkot to Dhulikhel (1440m) 5-6 hrs

Weak up early in the morning, to see the magnificent view of sunrise and eastern Himalayas views including Mt. Everest and many other mountains secondary.  Then after breakfast, we start to trek to Dhulikhel. This led to passing many pine forests and rice terraces through the Nala village with many county side activities. The Dhulikhel is renowned for its splendour Himalaya view and its harbours many species of exotic birds. In addition, the most attraction of Dhulikhel is Newari culture and tradition. From here, you can get a beautiful vista of the town and surrounding areas. (Overnight at tourist standard hotel on full board basis)

Day 04: Trek to Panauti via Namobuddha, 4-5 hrs than drive to Kathmandu 90 min.

Today after having breakfast we start our journey toward Namobuddha (1982m), where a popular monastery is situated, religious people often visit here for mediation and prying. Panauti is renewed for Newari culture and tradition Indreshawar Mahadev temple and the beautiful landscape and it harbours many species of exotic birds that can be seen all around. The Stupa and shrines built in this lovely little hill mark a very ancient holy site where a legendary prince named Mahasattva offered him to a starving Tigress with several underfed cubs then After you return back to Kathmandu.

  • Guest house/tented accommodation according to given itinerary (sharing in a 2-bed room) and 3 meals (Breakfast, lunch, Dinner) during the trek
  • An experienced English-speaking trek leader (trekking guide), assistant trek leader (4 trekkers: 1 assistant guide) and Sherpa porters to carry luggage (2 trekkers: 1 porter) including their salary, insurance, equipment, flight, food and lodging.

Exclude
  • Nepal entry visa: you can get a visa easily upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu (a multiple-entry tourist visa good for 30 days can be obtained by Paying US $ 40 or equivalent foreign currency. Similarly, multiple-entry tourist visas for 90 days can be obtained by paying the US $ 100. Please bring 2 copies of passport-size photos.)
